An unmissable event blending tradition, authentic Gallurese gastronomy, folklore, and great music under the stars, organized by the Fidali ’82 committee with the patronage and financial contribution of the Municipality of Santa Teresa Gallura.
The Evening Program

7:30 PM – Flavors of Gallura (Food Stand Opening): A gastronomic journey through the typical dishes of the region. Not to be missed:

Gnocchetti cu li pulpeddhi (local gnocchi with meatball sauce).

Mazza Frissa (the famous Gallurese specialty made from milk cream and semolina).

Traditional Sardinian sweets.

9:00 PM – Folkloric Show: Songs, dances, and beautiful traditional costumes featuring performances by the Gruppo Folk Lungoni and the Gruppo Ventu D’Agliola.

10:00 PM – Live Music & DJ Set: The night heats up with a pop-rock concert by the Terzo Tempo band. Afterwards, the party continues late into the night with DJ sets by Dj Pecchia and Dj Pierpy.
