PATRON SAINT FESTIVAL OF SAN TOMMASO
On Friday, July 3, and Saturday, July 4, 2026, the hamlet of Porto Pozzo celebrates the traditional Patron Saint Festival of San Tommaso. The events will take place in the Piazzetta of Porto Pozzo (Viale Aldo Moro). The event is organized with the patronage and financial contribution of the Municipality of Santa Teresa Gallura.
The Program
Friday, July 3

6:30 PM – Procession with the statue of the Saint through the streets of the village, accompanied by the Calangianus Marching Band, the “Lungoni 70” Folk Group, and horseback riders.

7:00 PM – Holy Mass in honor of San Tommaso.

8:30 PM – Dinner in the square with sausage sandwiches and grilled cheese with honey.

9:00 PM – Folk entertainment, ballroom and group dancing with the accordion music of Quirico Bacciu.
Saturday, July 4

8:00 PM – Traditional dinner featuring Gnocchetti alla Sarda.

8:30 PM – Musical evening with ballroom, traditional, and group dancing with the accordion music of Gianfranco Salis.
Admission to all evenings is free of charge. All residents and tourists are cordially invited to attend!
