A journey into the heart of Sardinian tradition
On August 27, 2026, Santa Teresa Gallura will be transformed into the exceptional setting for Carrasecare, an unmissable event dedicated to the archaic charm, masks, and folklore of Sardinia.
Starting at 9:00 PM, the evocative Piazza Vittorio Emanuele I will serve as the backdrop for a spectacular parade featuring groups, traditional masks, and costumed participants from various parts of the island.
The Featured Groups and Masks
During the evening, the following will parade through the city center streets and in the square:

Music and Dancing in the Square
The celebration will continue even after the parade! At the end of the parade, the evening will carry on under the sign of fun with dancing in the square animated by the overwhelming music of Sonos de Terra Sarda.
